I tried 2 new recipes tonite from the Rocky River Community Church cookbook, and both were bit hits, to be repeated again. One was for Crispy Salsa Chicken, the other for Baked Macaroni & Cheese…! So, thanks to those who contributed recipes. Looking forward to trying some others soon.

Nineteen years ago today, Lonnie and I got married. Wow — It’s amazing how time passes. It’s been a wonderful journey with you Lonnie, my best friend and soul mate. I look forward to many, many more wonderful years. Can’t wait for Red Lobster tonite…!
